• All referrals are managed by each Clinic.
• All patients arriving for booked appointments must be registered at the QCH Main Registration, near the Main Entrance before coming to their appointment.
• Space can be limited, but a care partner is welcome to accompany patients.
• There are no walk-in services provided in the Ambulatory Care Clinics.
