Recruitment for Adult Community Respirologist
Queensway Carleton Hospital (QCH) in Ottawa, Ontario has an opening for one adult respirologist to join our collegial group.
The Respirology Division provides comprehensive adult Respirology care to patients at the Queensway Carleton Hospital. There is a requirement to participate in the Respirology call schedule.
Applicant Requirement
The candidate must have Royal College specialization in adult Respirology and be in good standing, and hold a valid license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Subspeciality training is welcome, but not necessary.

About the Respirology Program
1. Bronchoscopy and EBUS (endobronchial ultrasound Bronchoscopy)
2. Respirology ambulatory care clinic: COPD clinic
3. Medical day unit: Outpatient thoracentesis and Pleur-X Catheter insertion
4. In-Patient Consult service to ICU, Step-down unit and Medicine inpatient units while on call.
5. Pulmonary Function Testing
6. Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program
