QCH welcomes new Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness

Gisèle Laroque has been appointed as Queensway Carleton Hospital’s new Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness. She will be responsible for leading the teams in Human Resources and Occupational Health; Volunteers, Spiritual Care, Gift Shop and Staffing Office; Learning and Development; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; and Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI).

Previously, Gisèle was the Vice President of HR and Corporate Services at Hawkesbury and District General Hospital (HGH). She has extensive hospital leadership experience spanning HR, strategic planning, corporate development, plant operations, and more. She has also worked in the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, the Ottawa Economic Development Corporation, and as a private consultant.
