Champions of Care

Our Champions of Care program offers patients, their families and friends a special way to say thank you and pay tribute to someone at Queensway Carleton Hospital who provided exemplary patient care or service.
 
Did someone at Queensway Carleton Hospital make a difference to you? 
 
Show your appreciation and honour them with a Champions of Care donation.  Your Champion will receive a thank you card and a commemorative pin she or he can wear with pride, and your gift will go directly back to patient care, helping us continue to improve and save lives.
